Every so often I keep the billions of readers of this blog updated on my fiction. I am glad to say I have a story in the upcoming issue of Alt Hist, the excellent magazine of historical fiction edited by Mark Lord. From Mark’s blog, here’s a preview of the cover:
I haven’t actively been writing much fiction lately – indeed since the turn of the year. There are a few other submissions I am waiting to hear the status of – I mentioned in the post linked to above that I had submitted a story to Sci Phi . This has made it through the first readers so I am waiting to hear more. I haven’t done anything else with my “14k word story set in the West of Ireland about a disillusioned computer game designer”, I’m afraid.
