From the Flowering Poverello blog, a poetry sequence which, for some reason, especially resonated. I will let it speak for itself, except the resonance began with the opening lines “I had heard of nature as the book of God / But never had the notion rooted deep in my mind’ which reminded me of these thoughts and how we can intellectually “get” or even affirm something, without really feeling it or thinking it through as our own thought.
